If you would like me to conduct a search on your behalf, I will send you a contract which must be signed and returned prior to the search. I will then refer several selected candidates for you to interview by phone.

If you are interested in meeting one of the candidates in person you may arrange a meeting with them. If in fact, you hire someone, you will then have a 2-week trial period. If you are pleased and decide to keep the candidate, you will then owe the agency a fee of a 3-week salary.

If you or the applicant decide to terminate employment after the 2-week trial period, there is a 3-month guarantee period. We will replace the candidate absolutely free within the 3 months.
