Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: How much should I pay my employee?
A: Salaries can range anywhere from $350 to $1000 a week. The higher range would usually go to someone who drives and has many years of experience. - Q: What is your fee?
A: The fee is 3 weeks of the employee’s salary. - Q: How do I get started with your agency?
A: Call us to discuss the particular details of your job. We will fax or mail you a contract which must be returned before we begin the referral process. We will then either call or send you an e-mail with a biography of prospective applicants. You may then choose to contact one or several applicants for a personal interview. We will continue the process until you have made a choice. - Q: When is the agency fee paid?
A: The fee is due after the employee has been with you for 2 weeks.
- Q: What happens if the employee does not work out?
A: If for any reason you or the employee is not satisfied with the situation within a 3-month period we will replace the employee at no additional charge.
- Q: Where will the applicants be from?
A: We try to find employees who come from the same geographical area as the employer. However sometimes a match is made between a family and an applicant who comes from a different geographical area.
